For Primary Section:
Monday to Thursday - Between 5.20 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
For Pre-primary Section
Monday to Thursday - Between 4.15 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.

Between 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m
- Carrying mobile phone in the school is strictly prohibited and if found the phone will be confiscated by the school office.
- Students cannot leave the school premises once he/she has entered the school not even for any kind of religious purpose.
- Any leave application duly signed by the parents/guardian must be handed over to the Principal/Class teacher in advance. Remaining absent for over 15 days without any information will be viewed seriously. In such cases the school authority has the right to strike of the concerned pupil's name from the school register.
- Pupils are expected to maintain discipline in the school premises.
- Students must be present for all periods. Remaining absent in any period will be treated as absent for the whole day.
- At the first stroke of bell, students must take their seats in the class. Class monitor should mind the class till the class teacher arrives.
- Students are expected to come to school in prescribed school uniform whenever they enter the school premises. It should be worn during all examination as well as open house and also during result time.
- As per G.S.E.B. rule it is obligatory for students to attend the school for not less than 80% of working days else they will not be allowed to appear for examination.
- For irregular attendance, negligence of studies, disobedience and insubordination conduct, (injurious, harmful/discredit to the reputation of the school), a pupil may incur punishment even to the extent of rustication from the school.
- It is obligatory for every student to speak in English in the school premises.
- Students should not scribble, carve names on the wall or damage the school property. Any damage done by the student to the school property will be borne by the student concerned.
- Talking loudly, shouting or whistling in the school premises is considered as violation of discipline. Such students will be punished severely.
- Students should not bring any non-veg food in their school lunch-box.

Important Guidelines For Parents
Whenever you correspond with the School about your son /daughter kindly quote his / her full name, class and section.
All communications should be addressed to the principal.
Parents are requested to read the contents of this calendar carefully and, in the interest of the child, abide by the rules laid down by school.
No child will be allowed to leave the premises before the School gets over unless permission has been granted in writing.
Fees to be paid in time in the bank as informed from office.
If fees is not paid in time a late fees will be charged.
Pupil leaving school in April or May will have to pay tuition fees for the month of May also.
Parents are requested not to give any money to unauthorized person. If they do so, then School is not responsible for it. It is advisable to preserve Fee receipt and stick the Xerox copy on the prescribed page in calendar.
Fees should be duly paid before every exam.
